The Capital Market Authority and the Omani Securities Association participated in the activities of Salalah Tourism Festival 2013 through a joint stall for the capital market and insurance sector to disseminate investment and insurance awareness among the various segments of the community.

CMA’s participation, which is the fifth consecutive participation in the Salalh Tourism Festival, aims at acquainting the public with the role of CMA and its importance  to enhancing the performance of the capital market and insurance sector and introducing the regulations regulating the sectors through publications and explanation to the public on CMA’s role and competences. The participation was part of CMA’s strategic plan in the field of awareness through participation in the various economic and commercial activities in the Governorates and Wilayats of the Sultanate.
