CMA Organize Workshop on Identification of Performance Gaps and Training Needs

 

The Capital Market Authority represented by the Department of Human Resources organize a workshop on Identification of Performance Gaps and Training Needs during the period 18-22 September 2016 for the directors of departments

 

The programme aims to identifying  training needs and gaps to qualify the employees through suitable courses on the need of the employees whether knowledge or skills or administrative behavior.

 

The five day programme focuses on the main tools for human resources management as identification of performance gaps contribute to enriching the organization with human resources of high standard of productivity and activity.

 

The programme covers certain knowledge  relating to human resources such as the main concepts   and how human resources play a role in adjustment between individuals and the posts as well as the gap in performance and key points of weakness in addition to use of technology to improve performance standards.

 

As to the mechanism for  identification of training needs the programme explains the  main phases of assurance of training processes.

 

The programme will be implemented in two phases this week 18-22 September  for the first group and next week  25-29 for the second group.
